Tauschwohnung: Tausche eine Schöne 2.ZKBWohnung in Sendling mit 3.ZKB

Hello Everyone! I have a modern two room apartment very close to the U-bahn Implerstraße ( 5 Minute Walk) and close to Isar. It is renovated with a nice built in Kitchen( EBK). There is a very nice balcony within the Bedroom. You have access to grocery stores and doctors offices as well as your day to day needs. I am looking for a two room apartment in a central location with a balcony, lift and definitely a parking garage within the range of 1300 Euro per month. Looking forward to hear from you. with best Regards, Behdad
