Wohnungstausch: Warschauer Straße 27A

So I have this flat for a long term sub let contract at 2 years+ at 860 Euros a month - no idea on floorplan size I think like 50-55m2 right in the heart of Fshain!! Place comes with a kitchen and furnishing - apart from a few things which are mine. My sublet landlord is a good friend of mine and shes so chill but she wants to keep the contract in her name for now (classic) but its a long term contract and im sure she won't move back in after 2 years anyway Anyway looking to move down south - happy to even just swap and you can keep your official contract if you want and live in this place as I cant offer a permanent contract but can offer a sub let contract Wichtig Diese Wohnung wird derzeit bei Wohnungsswap als Tauschobjekt angeboten, eignet sich also nur für diejenigen, die im Gegenzug eine eigene passende Wohnung für den Tausch haben.
