Tauschwohnung: Helle 1 Zimmer Wohnung in Kreuzkölln gegen 2 Zimmer

ICH SUCHE EINE GRÖSSERE TAUSCHWOHNUNG MIT 1,5 oder 2 ZIMMERN! Hey there, I am looking for an bigger apartment and I'm willing to swap this apartment for a 2 Bedroom Apartment preferably in Neukölln or Kreuzberg, a Balcony would be lovely. My current flat has a big kitchen (Wohnküche) and a very nice bedroom with balkony. I pay 410 warm, plus Gas and Electricity aprox 70€. The apartment is in the 4th floor and it's bright all day... please write me here or an email if you are interested to swap with me to: P.S. Ich spreche auch Deutsch, der Einfachheit halber habe ich die Anzeige auf Englisch verfasst. Bitte schreibt mir bei einem Tauschinteresse eine Nachricht auf dieser Plattform oder Lg, Regina
